EXECUTE IMMEDIATE:

One can call DDL statements like CREATE, DROP, TRUNCATE, etc. from PL/SQL by using the "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE" statement (native SQL). Examples:

  EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'CREATE TABLE X(A DATE)';
end;

begin
execute Immediate 'TRUNCATE TABLE emp';
end;
